Santastic Secret Forest 3 & 4 Night itineraries

  Santa was so busy last Christmas, he told us that he needs extra helpers this winter - YOU! That's why he's arranged our Santastic Forest adventure with loads of organised fun and games to get you in the swing of a true Lappish Christmas.

Day 1

Fly to Kittila where you’ll be met by our friendly staff and taken to your hotel for a welcome drink and dinner before hitting the hay in readiness for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Wrap up warm this morning, as you embark on an exciting treasure hunt through Yllasjarvi forest looking for Santa, his mischievious elves, and the presents they have hidden. Deep in the snow laden secret forest you will whiz along on snowmobiles, husky dog and reindeer sleighs searching for clues. Keep your eyes peeled for Santa’s secret woodland cabin as you wind your way through the forest, or even Santa himself!! Throughout the morning you’ll have time to catch your breath with a glass of warm berry juice, and warm your toes beside a roaring campfire.

After lunch, take part in a traditional Arctic Circle Ceremony, where you’ll be welcomed into the arctic wilds with a cheerful sing-a-long around the fire.

Day 3

Today, make the most of Yllasjarvi’s snowy fells at your leisure. Thrill seekers can choose from a selection of optional activities, ranging from adrenaline-charged snowmobile safaris to husky dog safaris.

After lunch, you can experience the magic of Christmas for yourself at Santa’s Post Office! You’ll be able to deliver your gift lists directly to Santa’s busy sorting office, before taking a peek inside the Elves toy making workshop.

As night falls, head into the forest for a festive sing song around a roaring campfire, followed by our fabulous Christmas Gala meal, the highlight being a visit from Santa, with gifts for all!

Day 4

Have breakfast, pack your bags then check out of your room and spend the morning enjoying a last optional excursion or activity. After a final lunch at the hotel, it’s time to say goodbye to Yllasjarvi and head for the airport and your flight home. NB. Lunch may not be included if you have an early flight.

4 nights / 5 days stays
4 night stays follow exactly the same itinerary as the 3 night stay, but you have an extra full day at leisure. The Christmas Gala meal will take place on your last night.

The above itinerary is to be used as a guide only. Days and timings may be subject to change. Ski suits and boots are required to be returned on the last night of your holiday.

It's a wrap! Our Lapland Adventures will take you deep into the Arctic Circle, so we've included a ski suit and boots for each of our customers. However, you still need to wrap up with plenty of warm layers, thermals, and cosy hats and gloves are musts.
